Political consultations between Turkey and Finland, co-chaired by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs of Turkey, H.E. Ambassador Mr. Faruk Kaymakcı and Permanent State Secretary of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, H.E. Mr. Matti Anttonen will be held in Helsinki on 16-17 April 2019.

During the consultations, bilateral relations as well as Turkey-EU relations and various regional and global issues of common interest will be discussed.

Deputy Minister Kaymakcı will also meet the State Secretary at the Government Secretariat for EU Affairs, Director of Finnish Accreditation Service, Director General of the Finnish National Agency for Education, Turkish business people and students as well as officials of the “Crisis Management Initiative” during the visit.
