No: 268, 10 October 2018, Press Release Regarding the Visit of Foreign Minister H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu to Iraq
Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu will visit Iraq on October 11 and 12, 2018.
Minister Çavuşoğlu will be received by H.E. Mr. Berham Salih, the President of the Republic of Iraq and will meet with the Iraqi leaders and the representatives of the Iraqi Turkmen community in Baghdad.
Minister Çavuşoğlu will also visit Erbil to hold high-level talks.
On the occasion of this visit, relations between Turkey and Iraq will be discussed in all its dimensions, with a focus on bilateral cooperation opportunities, notably for the reconstruction of Iraq.
